Subway has finally removed the “Jared’s Pants Dance” game from their website. The children’s game remained available for download on the company’s website until it was taken down on Wednesday. The game featured an oversized pair of Fogle’s blue jeans which were used to catch sandwiches, bottles of water and other healthy snacks for points.
The company’s decision comes after federal prosecutors released documents on Wednesday accusing Fogle of engaging in sex acts with minors and possession of child pornography. Subway officially cut ties with Fogle on Tuesday when Indianapolis news outlets reported he was expected to plead guilty to illicit sexual conduct with minors.
